Orders and availability

Submitting checkout creates an order request. Bunon Mart BD may contact you to confirm details. Products can become unavailable before fulfilment; if that happens, we will contact you about an alternative, exchange, or applicable refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. The checkout total includes the applicable delivery charge. Prepaid transaction details are verified manually; submitting a transaction ID does not by itself confirm payment.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate name, active phone number, and complete delivery address.
• Choose product size and color carefully and review the order before submission.
• Follow the published delivery and return policies when requesting support.
