Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

• Request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include its original tags and packaging.
• The returned item is inspected before a return, exchange, or refund is approved.

Return delivery cost

The customer pays the return delivery cost. Please contact Bunon Mart BD before sending anything so the return can be identified and reviewed.

Exchange or refund

Exchanges depend on product availability. Any approved refund is processed manually after inspection; original delivery charges are not refundable unless Bunon Mart BD confirms otherwise for a specific case.
