• If you create an account, your name, email address, Bangladesh phone number, and a securely hashed password. Email is verified before account access and checkout.
• Name, phone number, delivery address, and selected delivery area.
• Order items, selected options, payment method, and submitted transaction details for prepaid orders.
• Language preference and cart contents stored in your browser for site functionality.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from your account page after any open order is delivered or cancelled. Deletion removes your account and anonymizes contact details on completed or cancelled orders. Order records may be retained where needed for store operations or applicable recordkeeping obligations. The email address can be used to create a new account afterward.

How it is used

Information is used to fulfil orders, contact you about an order, verify manual payments, prevent duplicate submissions, and provide customer support. Bunon Mart BD does not sell customer information.

Service providers and security

Data may be processed by hosting, database, email, image, and delivery service providers only as needed to operate the store. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
